In the video, she promised to take it up with the company should anything happen to her goods.

The footage showed her removing the items from the packaging while explaining the damages, which she claimed were caused by the shipping company she trusted.

In the video’s caption, she wrote:

“Shipping company spoilt my items and denied it, claiming it was my staff.”

The company, however, accused her staff of mishandling the goods.

While unpacking the items on her TikTok page, @import.and.thrive said:

“Can you see it? This is how we saw it. See how I met my tab. The thing fell down. If anything happens to this tab, I’ll not take it easy. See how I met my tab. See how I saw my tab. Can you see? See how they did the tab.”

She also shared additional videos documenting her experience and displaying the contents of her online order.

She shared a second video on her page, providing a more detailed explanation to her initial post.

In the Tiktok video, she cried out again upon seeing water and other items in the package.

She eventually showed the goods she had ordered, which turned out to be a tablet.
