COPS have arrested a woman on suspicion of child neglect after a baby died.

Officers were called by ambulance staff over concerns for the welfare of a baby near Thornaby Road, in Thornaby, Teesside, on September 16.
The baby was taken to hospital but died later, Cleveland Police say.
The death is currently being treated as unexplained.
A 32-year-old woman was bailed with conditions, pending further inquiries.
Officers have said the death is not being linked to any other incidents.
The force urged people not to speculate online to protect the integrity of the ongoing investigation.
