Discontinued 80s chocolate bar ‘better than KitKat’ is spotted BACK on UK shelves after two decades

MUCH to fans delight, the retro chocolate wafer bar has been restocked on supermarket shelves.

Spotted for the first time this week on M&S shelves, the bar has finally launched after much anticipation.

St Michael’s Take 4 chocolate bar had caused quite the stir online with its fans.

The bar, that resembles a KitKat, was first sold in the 1980s, and only retailed for around a year before it was discontinued.

M&S made the announcement over Instagram only a month ago, which received praise from social media users.

The post read: “We’re re-introducing another St Michael sensation, with this simply *cracking* chocolate bar from our archives, in its full retro-inspired glory.”

The crunchy chocolate wafter bar includes four fingers, which the retailers says is perfect beside a warm brew.

One fan wrote: “LOVE IT! We’re all in the nostalgia these days of happier times and to see the nostalgic wrapping is a joy!”

Another fan commenting on the packaging said: “Love the retro look. Bringing back the classics.”

One fan rushed to the comments to say: “Oh wow, I used to love these as a kid.”

Another said: “This looks delicious.”

The bar is now being sold one shelves for only ONE pound.

Nostalgia

M&S isn’t the only supermarket to be bringing back iconic favourites.

B&M fans were delighted to find a new bar being retailed that reminds them of the 70’s.

The chocolate Cadbury peanut bar is being sold for only 70p at a select number of stores across the UK.

Another supermarket is launching a classic twist on a modern treat.

The popular chocolate treats are being sold in their original retro tin, much to fans delight.
