THE Carabao Cup has introduced a new feature that will appear on the shirts of 24 different clubs from the upcoming season.

Starting this term, the Carabao Cup badge on the sleeve of each shirt will feature a number to represent the amount of times a club has won the competition.
West Brom, QPR, Leeds United, Swindon Town, Stoke City, Oxford United, Luton Town, Sheffield Wednesday, Blackburn Rovers, Middlesbrough and Swansea will have the number one.
Norwich, Birmingham City, Wolves and Premier League giants Arsenal will have two.
Leicester City will have three, with Tottenham and Nottingham Forest both using the number four.
Aston Villa and Chelsea have both won five titles with Manchester United winning six.
Manchester City will use the number eight to represent the eight titles they have won.
And Liverpool will have the number 10 on the badge.
Meanwhile, as the reigning champions, Newcastle will have a special gold badge on their kits this campaign.
Fans were quick to comment on the addition, with one Newcastle supporter writing: “Never thought I would see the day we ever had a gold sleeve badge.”
