A majority of leaders in the European Union released a joint statement Tuesday that expressed support for Ukraine ahead of President Trump’s Friday meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Part of the statement said, “The path to peace in Ukraine cannot be decided without Ukraine.” CBS News’ Olivia Gazis has more.
