A Nigerian lady named Jennifer went viral after she was sued by a man named Emmanuel for collecting N50,000 from him but failing to appear.

Jennifer has decided to break the silence after the court fined her N450,000, sharing what truly happened.

Viral clips had shown her puzzled expression after the court fined her N450,000 or a seven-month imprisonment.

In a new video by X user @ChuksEricE, Jennifer clarified how her communication with Emmanuel began.

She stated that Emmanuel stayed at Abuja while she stayed in Asaba, adding that they met online.

Jennifer noted that they had a back-and-forth about whether she was coming to see him or not.

She partly said:

“Out of the blue, he just sent me N50,000. He sent me N50,000 and a text message saying that this is your transportation I want to see you tomorrow.”

She mentioned that the money was not enough, but she then asked him to come instead.
