Andre Onana seems to be monitoring the matches of his former club, Manchester United, after joining Trabzonspor on Thursday, September 11.
Red Devils fell by 3-0 to Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday afternoon, September 14.

City took control of the encounter as England international Phil Foden scored the opening goal in the 16th minute after capitalising on the errors in United’s midfield.
Erling Haaland scored for the Citizens in the 53rd minute after connecting toJeremy Doku’s pass.
The Norway international sealed the fate of the Red Devils after getting a pass from the midfield, beating Harry Maguire and scoring a one-on-one against Bayindir in the 68th minute.
Onana trolls Man United
Former Manchester United goalkeeper Andre Onana has thrown shade at his former club.
In a viral post on X, the 29-year-old took on his Instagram story to laugh at the 20-time EPL champions for losing to Manchester City.
Before departing the club, Onana was blamed for the woeful performance of the club since joining from Inter Milan.
The Cameroonian was relegated to the second-choice goalkeeper position after the Red Devils’ loss to Tottenham in the 2024/25 UEFA Europa League final played at Bilbao in Spain.
In a build-up to the 2025/26 pre-season, Onana suffered an injury that ruled him out for a couple of weeks.
The Cameroonian returned to goal for Manchester during the 2025/26 EFL club, as they lost 13-12 in the penalty shootout after playing a 2-2 draw during regulation time.

Onana produces explosive performance in Turkey
Andre Onana made his debut as Trabzonspor lost 1-0 to Fenerbahce in he 2025/26 Super Lig.
According to Tribuna, the Cameroonian conceded one goal after facing 29 shots, producing eight crucial saves.
Despite his performance, the 29-year-old committed an error by placing the ball directly at the feet of forward En-Nesyri, who calmly converted his chance.
Andre Onana was signed from Italian giants Inter Milan for £47.2m in July 2023 by former manager Erik ten Hag, to replace David de Gea as the club’s number one.
He has since made 102 appearances and played a key role in their 2024 FA Cup triumph.
The signing of Senne Lammens from Royal Antwerp for £21m forced the Cameroonian out of the club
Lammens is Man United’s second option
Legit.ng earlier reported that Manchester United are currently negotiating for the signature of highly-rated Royal Antwerp goalkeeper Seene Lammens for £20million.
According to Sky Sports, the 23-year-old is keen on joining the club after he was left out of Antwerp’s last two in the Belgian Pro League.
