Hilda Baci showed the thousands of plates of jollof rice, which were packaged from the just-concluded record-breaking cooking event.

Popular Nigerian chef Hilda Baci had announced online that she would be attempting to make history by cooking the largest pot of jollof rice ever.

The event was set for September 12, 2025, at Eko Hotel and Suites, Lagos State.

In a fresh video by @hildabaci on TikTok, she showed the thousands of plates of jollof rice from the record-breaking cooking event.

The video was captioned:

“We have packed your food. Please make your way to Eko hotels and pick up. You can also bring a cooler if you prefer.”

Hilda Baci earlier announced that the event, which was earlier scheduled to be held at Muri Okunola Park, would now be held at Eko Hotel and Suites.
