A Nigerian lady has spoken against the person who released the video of the Ibom Air fracas on social media.
The lady shared her thoughts in a video she posted on TikTok, noting the person acted in bad faith.

According to the lady who goes by the name Deka George, it was wrong to have released the video on social media knowing that it contained the privacy of Comfort Emmanson.
Also, she shared her thoughts on how the incident was handed, noting that the officials could have handled the matter more amicably since the airplane had already landed.
Deka noted that the passenger would have been allowed to alight from the airplane and then arrested instead of being dragged out like a common criminal.
Her words:
“No matter how you people want to play this. No matter you want to make it seem, yes, she physically assaulted your staff, she was still going to come out. She is just coming out of the tarmarc and she will still reach arrival. She will not sleep in the airplane. She will come down. When she comes down, you will just use police to come and carry her.”
Lady says video of Ibom Air fracas should not have been posted
She condemned the manner Comfort was bundled out of the airplane forcefully, exposing her privacy.
“You now dragged her like that, like a criminal.”
Deka also tackled the person who released the video on social media.
She stated:
“Whoever put out that video, you are a horrible person. You are such a bad person. How dare you expose her in that manner? The internet doesn’t forget. This video is always going to be out there.”

Lawyer shares opinion after Ibom Air passenger altercation
Meanwhile, Legit.ng reported that a lawyer said the Ibom Air passenger could sue the airline.
The lawyer who shared a legal perspective on the issue said the passenger could get millions in damages if she sues.
He said the passenger could sue for breach of contract, assault and battery.
