A Nigerian lady who tasted Hilda Baci’s jollof rice from her record-breaking attempt shared her honest review of the meal.

Popular Nigerian chef Hilda Baci had announced online that she would be attempting to make history by cooking the largest pot of jollof rice ever.

The event was set for September 12, 2025, at Eko Hotel and Suites, Lagos State.

In a TikTok video by @rebel_dee, the lady showed herself eating the jollof rice.

She noted that she gave the rice an 8/10 score and shared the reason for her rating.

Hilda Baci earlier announced that the event, which was earlier scheduled to be held at Muri Okunola Park, would now be held at Eko Hotel and Suites.
