A LEGENDARY American fast-food chain with 600 sites has confirmed it will open in the UK.

Family entertainment and dining centre Chuck-E-Cheese is plotting a huge expansion into Europe, and its first branch will be in the UK.
It follows reports late last year that the chain was keen to open branches in Milton Keyes, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, and Bristol.

Children can play on a range of jungle gyms and arcade games and the face of the brand is a giant mouse.
The brand, whose mascot is a giant mouse, also sells a range of pizza and chips and offers a “grown-up” menu for adults with their kids.
Many Brits, may have already heard of the chain thanks to its references in famous cartoons such as Family Guy, The Simpsons and Spongebob Square Pants.
The business also took its concept Down Under, opening a branch in Perth, Australia.
The brand is one of countless American chains eager to dip their toe in the UK market.
Raising Cane’s has been a favourite fast food joint in the US, particularly known for its chicken fingers.
And its first flagship will open in London‘s Piccadilly Circus, to mark the brand’s European debut.
It is set to open its doors late in 2026, as the first of several restaurants planned to come to London.
Chick-Fil-A has also opened two sites in Northern Ireland and is set to open a branch in Yorkshire later this year.
Carl’s Jr is also set to open six more locations this year after opening a branch in Wales.
Fast food fans have been raving about its tasty burgers, with some saying it’s “easily better” than McDonald’s and Burger King.
The chain exclusively to The Sun that its next locations will be Swansea, Southampton, Bristol, Manchester, York and Leeds.
Popeyes will also open a total of 45 restaurants this year.
It’s one of the fastest-growing chicken restaurants in the fast food sector and already has more than 80 UK locations.
