Manchester Arena terrorist charged after prison officers stabbed and scalded in horrific jail attack

MANCHESTER Arena bomb plotter Hasham Abedi has been charged with three counts of attempted murder.

It comes after four prison officers were stabbed and scolded in a horror attack at HMP Frankland in Co Durham in April.

A female warder, in her 30s, was reportedly scalded and two male guards, in their 30s and 60s, were stabbed with makeshift knives during an alleged kitchen ambush.
