A SELF-CONFESSED ‘benefit Queen’ has boasted about lying to the Jobcentre to avoid having to work.
Ebony Wood, 26, who lives in a council property and described herself as a “UK villain,” revealed that she “loves living off taxpayers’ money.”
Not only does she think those who work are “dumb,” but she also revealed how she typically spends her days.
Posting on social media, Ebony claimed that she gets up at 1pm and then uses her Universal Credit to get McDonald’s.
In a short online clip, the young woman filmed herself sharing a “confession time” as she stood outside a Jobcentre.
The mother, who claimed that she gets paid to sit on her bum and watch Loose Women, boasted: “I lied to the Jobcentre and you know what? I’d recommend it to everybody bruv.

The content creator, who has previously been accused of posting rage bait content online – content specifically designed to provoke anger, outrage, or other strong negative emotions to increase engagement – then added: “Can’t lie, I just love living off taxpayers’ money far too much.”
In another clip, the single mother, who previously claimed to be receiving £4,000 a month from the government, filmed herself in bed as she munched on a Big Mac and fries.
The benefits recipient, who recently begged strangers to fund her boob job, shared what taxpayers are “really funding.”
She said: “If you’re a 9 to 5 worker, don’t be mad but it’s 1pm and [we] ain’t even left the bed yet.”
Not keen on the idea of working a full-time job, the mother went as far to call those work “embarrassing.”
She added: “Honestly, I can’t lie, but it’s embarrassing – imagine breaking your back every day at work just to fund my Mackies.”
Ebony’s TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @ebonywooduc, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly racked up 39,800 views.
Am I entitled to Universal Credit?
According to the GOV website, if you’re on a low income or need help with your living costs, then you could be entitled to Universal Credit.
To claim, you must live in the UK, be aged 18 or over (with some exceptions if you’re 15 to 17), be under State Pension age, and have £16,000 or less in money, savings and investments.
Other circumstances are if you are out of work, or unable to work, for example because of a health condition.
One person said: “I’d love to meet you to discuss why you don’t get a job.”
Another added: “You put videos on here, the Jobcentre could be watching those.”

“They make it so difficult, at least they can support you financially.”
To this, Ebony wrote back and penned: “I agree.”
