Fulham are reportedly on the verge of completing a major transfer this summer, as they edge closer to signing Super Eagles star Samuel Chukwueze from AC Milan.
Chukwueze only joined Milan in the summer of 2023 from Villarreal, but his time at San Siro has not gone as planned, as the 25-year-old winger has struggled to find his rhythm.

Despite some good performances, the Super Eagles winger, who recently built a mansion in his hometown, has struggled to cement a regular place in the starting lineup.
In 72 appearances across all competitions, the 25-year-old has managed eight goals and six assists, which has prompted him Milan to look for suitors for him.
According to GOAL, negotiations between Milan and Fulham have advanced significantly, with a fee of around €25 million being discussed for the Nigerian winger.
With Fulham keen to bolster their attack, Chukwueze looks set for a fresh start in England.

Fulham had previously attempted to bring him in during the January transfer window, but Milan rejected their loan proposal at the time.

He has long been admired in England, with several clubs tracking his progress since his breakout years at Villarreal.

In a related development, Legit.ng reported that Chukwueze could be among seven Super Eagles players who could be making a major transfer before deadline day.
Ademola Lookman, Kelechi Iheanacho, Umar Sadiq, Tolu Arokodare, Cyriel Dessers, and Victor Boniface are the other stars reportedly set to change clubs before the transfer window closes on September 1.
