128 WST stars will feature at the iconic Green Halls alongside 16 wild cards from Saudi.
Judd Trump returns as defending champion after he beat Mark Williams 10-9 in a match of the year contender to win the inaugural title last year.
Seven-time world champ Ronnie O’Sullivan is expected to feature in Saudi as he looks to bounce back from his quarter-final defeat to Kyren Wilson at the Shanghai Masters last week.
Wilson went on to win the first big title of the new snooker season, and he will be looking to continue his winning momentum.
