Mum-of-five Stacey appeared to suggest she had ruled out planning any more kids with her husband Joe Swash as she dealt with concerns that she was going through the menopause.

In a conversation with her sister, Stacey confessed that she thought she was experiencing symptoms closely associated with menopause with her worries heightened by the fact her mum also experienced the this in her 30s.

Before opening up about her health worries, earlier in the episode, Joe asked Stacey about the likelihood of the pair having any more children.

Questioning if Belle would be their final child, Stacey appeared firm as she said: “I think that’s our last baby.”

Later, Stacey got more personal with her sister Jemma as she divulged one of the reasons that would put her off having any more kids.

She told her that she had planned a session with Ollie – a physiologist who had often supported and advised her with medical concerns.

Stacey said to Jemma: “I think I’m going through the menopause.

“I think I am definitely peri-menopausal, I am so snappy.”

Jemma appeared to push back as she said: “I don’t think snappy is…”

Stacey then cut her off to say: “I am snappy and I am tired.”

Jemma then attempted to put things into perspective as she joked that Stacey’s tiredness was likely down to having “18 children and 17 dogs“.

Stacey went on to say: “If you could test tolerance, mine would be at an all time low.

“I think we have always in the back of our heads known that on mum’s side, the menopause came early.

“If I am going through the menopause and that’s it for me, no more children, then I think… animal sanctuary!”

Stacey appeared to be poking fun at her love of owning animals with the star and Joe owing ducks, dogs and other animals at their Pickle Cottage residence.
