STACEY Solomon flashed her abs in a grey gym bra and shorts as she got stuck into a tough weights session at the gym.

Earlier this month, The X Factor alum told how she was “so proud” of herself for sticking to her new wellness regime for her “incredible” new look.
The mum of five, 35, revealed she had “stuck to my weight training consistently since February” with the aim of becoming “boss b***h strong.”
Now Stacey has revealed a snippet of her intense regime – and the milestone of her first ever bar pull up.
She filmed herself achieving the feat with the help of her PT in the background as she shouted: “I’m up!”
Stacey then added: “I should have stayed!” before letting out a huge cheer and first pumping her trainer.
In her proud caption she wrote: “I did my first EVER pull up. I’m marking this day.
“I feel like I’m basically the Rock now. I don’t want to hear anything about poor form blah blah I pulled myself up!
“That’s a win! 6 months ago I could barely hang on the bar for 10 seconds 28.08.25 pull up – unlocked.”
Her followers were quick to share in her success and one wrote: “Amazing. Lifting your own body weight is incredibly hard. That celebration is warranted!”
A second cheered: “GO ON STACE!!!!!”
A third then put: “Here’s to STRONG WOMEN. Well done Stace you are now my idol.”
ON SCREEN
Stacey’s personal achievements came after she was forced to deny quitting a plum ITV telly role.
She wrapped filming on a BBC show with husband Joe Swash yet insisted she had not ditched her Loose Women role on ITV daytime despite being absent from the panel show for almost a year, sparking claims she had walked away for good.
Her rep told The Sun she is still a “proud Loose Women” panellist after insiders suggested she had thrown in the towel.
It’s been a busy year for Stacey and apart from a one-off special, she last appeared on Loose Women in December.

HOME LIFE
Meanwhile, her relationship with hubby Joe appears to be going from strength to strength.
The Loose Women shares Rex, five, Rose, two, and Belle, one, with husband Joe, and is also mum to Zachary, 16, and Leighton, 12
The pair enjoyed a sexy summer holiday in Turkey – in which the former EastEnders actor made a “promise” to his baby-mamma.
Speaking to Fabulous, a source claimed: “Joe and Stacey are in a really good place right now, they enjoyed a lovely summer, they managed to get away with the family and have some down time after a busy few months and that quality time has done them the world of good.
“And both of them are feeling great physically, which helps.”
Joe is reportedly determined to keep the momentum going now.
“He’s promised Stacey more date nights and romantic gestures when they get the chance,” the source claimed.
“I wouldn’t be surprised if they do a solo trip, like a weekend away, or similar, in the next few weeks while they’re still on a high from their ‘sexy summer.'”
