AN attention-seeking I’m A Celebrity star was left completely ignored by London commuters.

The comedy legend, 66, swung from a London Tube handrail in a daring stunt – but not a single passerby batted an eyelid.

The funnyman, who braved the jungle on I’m A Celebrity back in 2004, was spotted in the crowds as commuters scrolled on their phones, oblivious to the star in their midst.

Jim Moir’s (Vic Reeves) comedic career, including his iconic partnership with Bob Mortimer on shows like Vic Reeves Big Night Out and Shooting Stars, helped cement his place in the annals of British television.

Taking to Instagram, the comedy legend posted a video clinging on to a Tube rail and, after numerous attempts trying to reach the other side with his feet.

He captioned it: “They said it couldn’t be done by a 66 year old geezer. And to be honest, I shouldn’t have. But I did.”

But London commuters were not impressed as he was completely ignored.

Some carried on looking at their phones or impatiently waiting for their next stop.

Fans flocked to the comments section with many blasting his actions as “gross” and saying he’s acting like an “overgrown teenager.”

One wrote: “Because there’s not enough filth on London Transport handles already. The bloke needs to grow up and stop playing to the camera!”

Another fumed: “Grow up!”

A third added: “Huge fan but come on, people/kids have to use that rail now your shoes have been all over it.”

A fourth commented: “Bloody vandal.”

A fifth said: “How dare you soil our poles!”

Jim entered the Aussie jungle for the 2004 series of I’m A Celeb.

He was a late arrival to the jungle, joining as a surprise contestant after his wife, Nancy Sorrell, had already entered the camp.

When Nancy was voted out, he became miserable and began asking viewers to vote him out, which they did.

Jim has said he is done with comedy alter-ego Vic Reeves and that he and sidekick Bob Mortimer, now bat back all offers to work together.

Meanwhile, Jim and Nancy Sorrell’s daughter has gone viral after posting a dancing video to TikTok.

In the clip, filmed in their garden, Elizabeth and Nancy showed off their moves while a country track played in the background.

Jim was even heard behind the camera joking, “Clickerty clank, clickerty clank,” as his youngest child – wearing a red striped shirt, tan trousers and ruby shoes – put on a show.

Nancy, meanwhile, was seen in a multi-coloured floral dress joining in on the action on their patio.

The comments section was filled with love for the fun.

One user wrote: “All got that great sense of humour. Must wake up happy everyday coz they have each other.”

Another said: “And that’s when you know this is Vic Reeves’ daughter!”

Jim and Nancy first met in the early 2000s after Vic’s divorce from his first wife, Sarah Vincent.

The couple quickly became a fixture in the entertainment scene and , in 2003, tied the knot in a low-key affair.

Nancy, who had been a successful model before becoming more focused on her family, gave birth to Elizabeth in 2004.
