Ovie’s academic journey began in Warri, Delta State, at National Comprehensive and Mowoe Primary School, where he obtained his Primary School Leaving Certificate in 2003. He completed his secondary education at the Institute of Continuing Education (ICE) in 2010, the same year he earned a six-month diploma from Jexon Computer Training.
He pursued higher education at Delta State Polytechnic, Ogwashi-Uku, where he earned his National Diploma (ND) in 2013 and subsequently his Higher National Diploma (HND) in 2017. This rigorous training provided the analytical and technical foundation necessary for his multifaceted career.
