The Iconic International Holdings said it set to award and honor Africa Under 40 CEOs in its 2026 edition of the Iconic Africa Under 40 CEOs Summit & Honors, scheduled to hold
The Capital on the Park Hotel in Sandton Johannesburg, South Africa.

The event, according to the organisers, is designed to identify, celebrate, and empower the next generation of African business titans who are redefining industries and driving the continent’s socio-economic transformation and redefining African leadership.

The President and Founder of Iconic International Holdings Group, Amb. Dr. Temisan O. Louis, explained, in an interview, that the 2026 Summit and Honors would serve as a high-level platform for young entrepreneurs, policymakers, and investors to engage in transformative dialogue.

Temisan pointed out that by bringing the 2026 edition of the Iconic Africa Under 40 CEOs Summit to Sandton, the organization is positioning Africa’s brightest young minds at the heart of one of the continent’s most vibrant economic hubs.

He noted that with Africa’s youth population rapidly becoming the engine of global innovation, the summit, scheduled to take place on June 20, 2026, would focus on five core pillars: recognizing excellence, creating a borderless networking environment for founders and investors.

“Facilitating discussions on ESG (environmental, social, and governance) and long-term economic resilience; aligning business innovation with the African Union’s Agenda 2063; and connecting emerging startups with established industry “Icons”, adding that the vision of the organisers is to bridge the gap between potential and impact.

The CEO, Iconic International Holdings,
Michelle Chavundora, said that the 2026 edition of the Summit and Honors is not just an awards night, but a catalyst for the next decade of African prosperity.

The Executive Director of Iconic International Holdings Group, Malaika Lobengula, who spoke earlier, said that the summit is expected to witness leadership panels and keynote addresses by global industry pioneers.

Lobengula explained that the Networking Gala is an exclusive high-level mixer for CEOs, venture capitalists, and government officials, adding that the Honors & Awards is a black-tie and Afrocentric ceremony recognizing the ‘Iconic Under 40’—leaders making significant impacts in their respective fields.

He used the opportunity to call on corporate organizations as well as well meaning individuals to support the summit to enhance it’s success, noting that the Iconic International Holdings is a leading pan-African recognition organization dedicated to celebrating excellence and fostering leadership.
