Kayode Ogunlowo, the founder of Manchy Automobile Limited, celebrated his 45th birthday party in Ibadan, the capital of Oyo state, on May 29.

The event brought together dignitaries, family members, customers, and well-wishers to celebrate his life and reflect on his journey of growth and success.

Among those in attendance were Sharafadeen Alli, an All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship aspirant in Oyo state; Seun Oloketuyi, founder of the Best of Nollywood (BON) Awards; Dr. Smile, who served as the event’s master of ceremonies; and singer Shola Allyson, who led praise sessions.

Speaking at the event, Oloketuyi praised Ogunlowo’s work ethic and devotion to his family.

“Kay is a fantastic guy who understands hard work. When he wants to do something and makes up his mind, no matter what, he will get it done,” he said.

“Kay is very stubborn. He adores his children very much — he talks about them all the time. As you turn 45 today, I pray that God will continue to give you wisdom to live a better life. God will give you good health.”

Ogunlowo, popularly known as Kay Manchy, is an auto entrepreneur, investor, and hospitality mogul. He is the founder and chairman of the Manchy Group, which includes Manchy Automobiles Company Limited and De Manchy Hotels & Suites.

Born on May 29, 1981, the auto specialist holds a degree in Business Studies from West London College, affiliated with the University of Manchester.
